The change has happened suddenly, one day we were turning on the airconditioning, and the next we had the heaters on....rest assured, wood has been delivered for the open fireplace in reception, and our therapists have turned on the electric blankets in our luxurious treatment suites.

Friends of Muséo
We thought we’d introduce you to some of our friends, so every now and then we will be featuring someone who helps us, and could help you!
Last year we celebrated our 10th year, and our relaunch after the arduous 10 month renovation period, with a small (but swanky) soiree. The evening was wonderful and we really have to thank Faith and her team at Comestibles for that. Not only did they organise the food, beverage and catering staff, but also lounges, carpets, tables and decorations to give off that ’cool Melbourne bar’ vibe in our carpark!

Museo Bootcamps are back!
At Musèo, we want our guests to be able to achieve perfect professional results from their hair styling and makeup application, and so our staff have decided to share their knowledge with you!
We are offering either Blowdry Bootcamp, Curling & Upstyle Bootcamp & Makeup Bootcamp. Choose which suits you best, or come to all 3!
Steven, Peta & Misty our talented gurus will be co-ordinating the evenings of fun, champagne, nibbles and invaluable information on blow-drying and styling, or curling & upstyling or applying makeup from natural day to smokey night looks at home. These great nights include the entire do’s and don’ts for hair & makeup!
At $65 from 5.30-7.30pm this cannot be missed!

This season, we’d like you to meet 2 of our most requested staff - Steven & Chantel.
Steven has been at Museo for almost 4 years, and has been voted "the Hair Stylist with the mostest!" Watch out for him though, his sense of humour is very naughty.....and don’t ask him for just a trim, because he likes to help you find your inner "Superstar". Steven is the man behind our hugely popular Blowdry Bootcamp, and hosts a fabulous evening of fun, as well as showing you how to style your hair like a pro.
Spa Therapist Chantel has been with us for more than 18 months now...she has healing hands and an infectious laugh, as well as an enormous wealth of experience in advanced facial and paramedical treatments (microdermabrasion, peels) , and wonderful massage skills to boot.

What product could you not live without daily?
Sun protection! Pevonia’s Hydrating Sunscreen SPF 30+ is essential.
What is your favourite product/treatment at the moment?
I love the Medicalia LIghtening Cream, used at night time. It’s wonderful for lightening hyperpigmentation, refining skin and giving the skin a lovely clarity.
What is your specialty in beauty therapy?
I love eyebrow designing! I also really enjoy all relaxation therapies, as I feel I have a very calming and tranquil persona which infuses all my treatments.
What is your your most memorable/ favourite experience in beauty therapy?
Over my 10 years experience, I have seen many clients arrive a little sad or flat, and leave happy and light - it makes my day awesome to know that I have contributed to this.
What is on your wish list at the moment?
Borneo - to see the orangutans.
What is one thing that nobody (or not many people) know about you?
I would love love love to be rich enough that I could spend every day volunteering to work with animals in zoos (and donate lots of money)

What product couldn’t you live without daily?
As I have quite fine hair, I use PurePact Cedarwood Clay as it gives me a bulky texturised look.
What is your favourite product/treatment at the moment?
An Optimum Facial, as I don’t want to become a weathered old sea hag!
What is your speciality in hairdressing?
I don’t want to put myself in a cage and specifically choose one aspect of hairdressing, rather I enjoy everything about hairdressing!!
What is your most memorable experience in hairdressing?
Having the opportunity to work overseas on more than one occasion for international companies.
Whats on your wish list at the moment?
At a certain age you stop having a wish list and just go out and get what you want!
What’s one thing nobody (or not many people) know about you?
I have a great big mouth and always put it to use, so there’s not much people don’t know about me.
