We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for Spa packages, couples and group bookings, and 24 hours for all other appointments to avoid an initial 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given a charge for the full value of your scheduled treatments will be incurred automatically to your credit card.
