Exfoliation

Care is given for an extended and specialised warm up allowing back muscles to soften and relax tension build-up across shoulder blades, neck, trapezius muscles and lower back. Stronger kneading and acupressure techniques are applied to areas of concern and in some therapies specialised shiatsu stretches are practised.
